Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your MCoBeauty account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the request.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
